1. Name of the Project: Integrated Rural Employment Support Project for the Poor Women (IRESPPW).

2. a)Sponsoring Ministry: Rural Development & Cooperative Division, Ministry of Local Govt. Rural Development and Co-operatives.

b)Executive Agency: Bangladesh Rural Development Board (BRDB).

3. Main objective: The main objective of the project is to reduce poverty of the poor as well as helpless women and empower them socio-economically.

4. Specific Objectives:
1.To aware, motivate and develop the human resources.
2. To accumulate local Resources for utilization in income generation activities so that it can have positive impact and to raise living standard.
3.To organize the rural women for their self and common interest
